Myles

I have always been into sport and exercise. Studying BSc Sport & Exercise Science, along with becoming a personal trainer. I’ve had my own battles when it comes to nutrition and teaching myself how to improve my diet to bring balance and achieve goals that I wanted. Using science based principles is how I get my clients to where they want to be.

I’ve had my own journey through health and fitness. For me I had to change my life around (check out our client transformations i’m on there). I changed my life for the better and want to pass on everything I can to help people achieve their goals. .
