Small Group Personal Training is based around strength and conditioning with the ultimate aim to make you more robust and resilient as an individual. Building on your strength and fitness to as far as you are willing to elevate it.
Our training is undertaken by fully qualified multi-disciplined coaches with over 20 years experience.
Who’s It For?
Our Small Group Personal Training Sessions are for everyone. From just starting your fitness journey to someone who is well into their journey already. All sessions can be adapted to match your fitness level and changed to suit an individuals needs.
Our Training Sessions
We offer you different kinds of training sessions through your membership. We offer:
Small Group Personal Training - Groups of up to 7
Engine Conditioning Training - Groups of up to 20
Run Training. Couch to 5k or Intermediate Group.
Mobility Training
Our Memberships
Our facility is private.
We offer 2 memberships options for our members, we have a Small Group Personal Training Membership or an Unlimited Membership.
Small Group Personal Training allows you to access 3 coached sessions a week.
Unlimited allows you to access unlimited amount of training, as well as our open facility hours.
How It Works
Once you become a member, you will get a 1-2-1 Consultation with one of our coaches. We can go through your goals and any questions you may have & then you are ready to start your journey.
All small group training sessions are book through out TeamUp App, for easy booking each week.
Full Nutrition Package
Both our memberships allow you access to private and individual nutrition consults, as well as our nutrition check in’s. This will help keep you accountable to your goals.
If you join us with our unlimited membership you will also have access to the facility during the day and at specific times during the weekend. This will allow you to come and train on your own.
